Pastor Gary & Lady Myoshi Austin, Sr.

"And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding."

Jeremiah 3:15 KJV

Born January 27, 1972, Gary L. Austin, Sr. has been a minister for approximately 16 years.  “What I love about being a minister is the opportunity to lead souls to Christ and teaching His Word.”

Rev. Austin was born in Helena, Arkansas and moved to North Little Rock, AR in 1986.  He attended school in the Pulaski County School District and graduated from North Little Rock High School.  After completing high school, he served in the United States Navy.

It was in 2001 that Rev. Austin would accept his “calling to preach” the Word of GOD.  He received his license to preach in 2002 and was ordained on June 13, 2004.  During this time, he served in ministry at Pure Love Ministries under Pastor Joseph Watson.

Rev. Austin joined the family of Greater 3-4 November 14, 2010 as an Associate Minister under the leadership of Dr. Jeffrey C. Franklin.  Coming with a mindset for ministry, he began working with the Van Ministry, Youth Ministry, mentoring youth, assisting in Youth Bible Study, activities and outings with CHAMPS.  Rev. Austin served as Officiating Minister from October 2016 to May 2018.  June 24, 2018, he was installed as the Pastor of Greater 3-4 Missionary Baptist Church.

Pastor Gary Austin, Sr. is the proud husband of our First Lady, Sis. Myoshi Austin.  They have two sons:  Gary L. Austin, Jr. and Atreyu Austin.
